terms of use

in effect since october 19, 2026

noback lets you publish apps (one HTML file or a .zip) and share them with a link. by using noback you accept these terms. if you don't agree, don't use it.

what you can't publish

• phishing, or pages that pretend to be another person, brand, bank or service.
• forms that collect passwords, card details or other credentials.
• malware, mining, exploits or anything that harms whoever opens the app.
• illegal content, child sexual abuse, harassment, threats or calls to violence.
• content that breaks other people's copyright or trademarks.
• spam, or uses meant to get around noback's limits or security.

what we can do

we can take down any app, delete data or suspend an account, without notice, if we think it breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or an authority asks us to. we can also change or stop the service. if we change these terms, we post the new version here.

apps without an account

apps you publish without an account are deleted after 7 days, with their data. if you want to keep them, save them to an account.

your content

what you publish is yours. you give us permission to store it, copy it and show it to whoever has the link, only so noback can work. that permission ends when you delete it. you are responsible for what you publish and for having the right to publish it.

no warranties

noback is offered as is and as available. we don't promise it will always work, be free of errors, or that your data won't be lost: keep a copy of what matters (you can export your apps and data from your account). apps are made by their authors, not by us: we are not responsible for what they do.

liability

as far as the law allows, noback is not liable for indirect damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities from using or not being able to use the service. if we ever had to be liable, the limit is what you paid us in the last 12 months.

payments and refunds

if you pay for a plan, the charge is made by paddle.com, which shows up as the seller on your invoice. you can cancel anytime: you keep the plan until the end of the paid period, and then your apps stay, with the free plan's limits. if it didn't work for you, we refund the payment if you ask within 14 days by writing to hola@noback.app.

reports

if you see an app that breaks these rules, use "report" in the app or write to us at hola@noback.app.
